How can I see the amount of friends I have?
If you activated with PM prior to Jan 25, 2022, and you’re on the old rewards system, it’s easy to see, under the Payment tab.
New rewards system: you’ll see the amount when your plan renews.
Public Mobile will give you 1 point per friend, which you can redeem like so:Â 15 points = 15 $ credit
How long do I have to wait, for the "friends" to be delivered?
If you order 45 friends, it will take about 2 weeks.
How long will the "friends" stay on my account? Do you have a guarantee?
Good question, because Public Mobile only gives points for the active friends you have on your account.
Friends will stay on your account for as long as they are a client with Public Mobile.
While some stay for a year, others can stay for over 10 years.
Rest assured, you are protected with our replacement guarantee:
